Congratulations to Brandi Bailey, One of Springfield’s 40 Under 40

Meet Brandi Bailey, our Vice President of Strategic Development and Marketing.

She was named one of the 40 Under 40 for 2022 by the Springfield Business Journal.

She uses positivity to tackle any challenges that come across her desk!

“I believe my natural ability to problem solve and lead people through challenges with an energetic beat allows people to see me as a trusted leader,” Brandi says.

A vital part of our team since May 2020, she celebrates her two years with us this spring by earning this prestigious recognition for our region.

Brandi wears many hats in her industry. With a background in commercial interior design and now developing strategic initiatives for Snyder Construction Group, Brandi brings over seventeen years of a diverse collection of experience to her role. She is committed to her community through many philanthropic efforts and is a known leader in the industry.

She mentors students in her industry, and she’s also on the boards of two local organizations, Women in Need of the Ozarks and the Junior Board for Lost & Found Grief Center.
