Q1 2024 Project Update: What We've Been Up To!

Here are a few of the projects that we are currently building in Missouri during 2024.
FORVIS, LLP in Springfield, Missouri:
The scope of the work includes varying levels of renovation inside the four-story building. Some areas have been totally gutted and are building back offices, meeting spaces, training rooms, and amenity spaces, including finishes, millwork, lighting, and mechanical. Other areas are mostly interior finish replacement, flooring, paint, etc. The newly renovated spaces will also include new furnishings and audio-visual equipment.
Southern Hills Shopping Center in Springfield, Missouri:
The goal of the Southern Hills Shopping Center project is to enhance the appearance and functionality of the shopping center by upgrading various elements such as lighting, storefronts, doors, windows, roofing, and fascia. All exterior materials have been replaced for a more modern aesthetic. The project includes widening existing sidewalks to enhance accessibility in front of the stores and provide a more spacious promenade for pedestrians.
U-Haul Company of Missouri in Ozark, Missouri:
This project consists of two buildings that meet all types of storage needs. The U box warehouse (17,012 square feet) that can hold 1,000 U boxes for either onsite access or delivery. The other building is a 3-Story (89,964 square feet), full service moving and storage facility with 768 climate-controlled storage units ranging from 5x5 to 10x15 with interior access to all units. The facility provides enclosed load and unload areas with a loading dock designed to align with all standard U-Haul Truck deck heights for easy loading and unloading. The project will also offer truck and trailer rental, hitch installation, and have a showroom for selling packing and moving supplies. Exterior materials include metal panels and tilt-up concrete panels.
