Josh Stringer

Director of Preconstruction

Josh has a fifteen-year record of success in preconstruction, managing and supervising all phases of multimillion-dollar commercial construction and infrastructure. He is responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive preconstruction process including the generation of budgets, project schedules, analysis of construction documents, value engineering, collaboration with the Project Team, solicitation of trade partner and supplier bids, and completion of the final construction cost estimate.

Josh’s experience includes corporate, commercial, educational facilities, multi-family, LIHTC, retail, and site development/improvement projects. His vast and diverse experience is backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality projects.
