Located just off the Missouri State University campus in Springfield, MO, we served as a general contractor for Boomer Town, which features seventy studio units and roughly 10,000 square feet of retail space. The mixed-use development brings life and convenience to a busy corridor in center-city.

Snyder Construction Group's pre-construction team worked alongside the design team and owner to cut nearly 20% of the initial budget through cost savings measures. The project was delivered on a tight schedule, allowing for a full summer lease-up prior to the fall semester.
