Renovations of over 25 retail spaces- all while tenants remain operational

The Brentwood Shopping Center in Springfield, Missouri, is an outdoor retail mall and home to several local businesses. Renovating this property while making sure all 25 tenants were able to remain operational during the renovations created a logistical and safety challenge that the Snyder Construction Team exceeded with ease. The team worked closely with the architect, owner and tenants to sequence the project and execute solutions as issues were uncovered from the nearly 50-year-old buildings.

The scope included facade and interior renovations, parking lot repairs and roof improvements. Snyder Construction Group served as the general contractor in Springfield, Missouri.
