Campus upgrades bring cohesiveness, function and sustainability.

The scope of this project was a series of renovations and additions across the Developmental Center of the Ozarks campus located in Springfield, Missouri. As the general contractor on the Hailey Adult Center project featured here, we helped accomplish a complete interior renovation of nearly 13,000 square feet, as well as a new entry structure and improvements for American Disabilities Act (ADA) access.

Other campus improvements include site modifications for better storm water drainage and vehicular circulation, a new park, splash pad, parking, and rain gardens. There were also sustainable features including energy-efficient MEP systems, building envelope improvements, and regional and recycled materials.
