Keystone Family Homes represents a large renovation project covering six locations across Springfield, Missouri. We updated and rehabilitated the interior and exterior of 297 units across the city for families to have comfortable and affordable housing. Work included interior and exterior improvements varying by location. The preconstruction team for Snyder Construction Group worked closely with the developer and design team to create a scope, budget, and schedule. In addition to aesthetic upgrades, the renovation scope also included upgrades to plumbing and mechanical systems, and electrical fixtures.
