First of its kind mixed-use development.

Location: Springfield, MO

The mixed use development is the first of its kind in the growing and busy area of southwest Springfield, Missouri, offering over 42,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant space. The mixed materials create a dynamic building aesthetic and help to differentiate tenants. Snyder Construction Group completed tenant infills to gray box and completed the infill of Mercy Go Health.

The two-story, two-building development features ten retail storefronts, ten offices, and seven restaurants. Snyder Construction Group served as a Springfield-based general contracting company.
