Re-creating existing conditions for over 84 units.

Location: Branson, MO

The Majestic Condominiums were almost completely destroyed by a fire. The original structure was demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. The coordination between Snyder Construction Group, owners and insurance was immense, but all 84 units were re-built to each individual owner's specifications in each unit, totaling 112,000 square feet of individually coordinated finish work. Snyder Construction Group served as the general contractor, based in Springfield, Missouri, for this project.
