Bringing housing to an underserved area.

Location: Springfield, MO

This development was part of a 46-acre redevelopment area declared as blighted by Springfield City Council. The 40,000 square foot, three-story, garden-style apartment building features 74 studio and one-bedroom units. The two buildings are connected by an outdoor living space and covered walkway, and the property also features a dog park.

The building is wood framed and features brick, stone, shake accents, siding, board and batten, and asphalt shingles. We served as the general contracting company on this project.
