A multi-phased, long term project that was a continued relationship between Snyder Constitution Group, as the general contractor from Springfield, Missouri, and Spinnaker Resorts. The scope included more than ten condominium buildings, pool, clubhouse, maintenance building and extensive site work.

The construction is wood frame with heavy timbers and cultured stone.
