Snyder Construction Group served as Construction Manager for this 118‑unit scattered‑site redevelopment across the city of Salina, Kansas. Developed in partnership with the Housing Authority of the City of Salina and Knight Development, the project includes 10 one-bedroom units, 56 two‑bedroom units and 52 three‑bedroom units spread across single‑family homes, duplexes, row‑houses and four‑plexes.Major scope items include full unit renovations with new kitchens, baths, HVAC systems, windows, appliances, energy‑efficient upgrades and enhanced site amenities. Snyder Construction Group managed budgeting, scheduling, and multimodal site logistics to maintain operational continuity while upgrading this active portfolio.
