Snyder Construction Group is a trusted partner and preferred general contractor for Miller Commerce, and we've recently completed our second construction collaboration: Turner's Rock Senior Living in Springfield, MO. This 128,000-square-foot building will house 47 assisted living units, 52 independent living units, and 16 memory care units. The facility will feature a dog park, resort-style pool, outdoor patio, full-service kitchen, craft room, salon, theater, billiards room, and a third-story pub.
Exterior materials used by our construction team include fiber cement siding and stone.
