U-Haul Climate Controlled Storage
Location: Columbia, Missouri
This project is a ground up, three-story, 87,255-square-foot, climate-controlled storage building. It is constructed of structural steel, cold-form framing, and tilt-up and insulated metal panels. The building houses 849 locker-type storage units. It was completed in 2023.
